Items purchased within bundle offers or sets cannot be refunded or exchanged separately.

The original invoice is required for any exchange within 7 days.
5. Timeline for Issues

All claims or issues must be fully resolved within 20 days of delivery for security purposes.
6. Refunds (for eligible cases)

If applicable, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank statement.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non refundable. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs (except in cases where the product was delivered damaged or incorrectly).
